David Farmer is a Launch Youniversity mentor whose background caters to growth and innovation within businesses both small (start-up) to large (multi-billion). He currently serves as the Vice President of Restaurant Experience for Chick-fil-A and previously launched an innovation practice within the organization. His focus is to develop products and customer experiences that fuel sales growth and strengthen the brand.
When he’s away from work, David enjoys family trips, morning workouts, and feeding his magazine addiction. He dreams of becoming a single-digit handicap golfer, but for now, it remains a dream.
David has been married to his wife, Mallory, for 30 years, and they have three children.
